House rules

These rules apply to stays at „Pokoje gościnne u Ady" in Jurgów, at Jurgów 263A. The property is run by Adrianna Rusnak.

We let three rooms. Each has three single beds and its own bathroom with a shower; towels and bed linen are included.

By booking, you acknowledge these rules. We would rather talk before a booking than surprise you after arrival — so if anything gives you pause, please call.

A room can be booked in six ways:

The first three go straight to the owner and cost less than the same dates bought through a portal — nobody takes a commission along the way.

A booking becomes binding on both sides once the owner confirms it and the deposit arrives.

The calendar on this site is linked both ways with Booking.com and Airbnb, so a date taken anywhere disappears everywhere at once. That is why the same room never goes to two guests.

Please state the number of guests when you book. A room sleeps three at most — we have no extra beds, and the beds cannot be pushed together into one.

If no reply reaches you within a day, please call. It means the message got stuck somewhere, not that the dates are taken.

We ask for a deposit of 30% of the value of the stay when you book. The rest is settled on arrival.

The deposit can be paid by bank transfer, by BLIK or in cash — whichever suits you.

No security deposit is required.

The room is ready from 16:00, and you can check in until 22:00.

Check-out is between 6:00 and 11:00.

If you expect to arrive outside those hours, please let us know before you set off.

Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 6:00.

Please keep them outdoors too — by the gazebo and the fire pit, sound carries further than you would think.

There is no smoking in the rooms or anywhere in the building.

We cannot accept pets. This applies to bookings made directly with the owner as well.

Guests have a kitchenette at their disposal: a fridge, an induction hob, pots, pans and cutlery. There is also a kettle in every room.

The kitchenette is shared by all the rooms, so please leave it as you would like to find it.

Behind the house there is a gazebo with a grill. The owner provides the firewood — you need not bring or buy any on the way.

There is a fire pit on the grounds as well. The owner looks after it.

Skis, boots and bikes go in the space set aside for them rather than into the room.

There are six parking spaces for guests by the house, free of charge.

In winter the host clears the access road, so you can drive up after snowfall too.

A booking can be cancelled free of charge up to fourteen days before the day of arrival. The deposit is then refunded in full.

Please cancel by phone or by e-mail to [email protected]. What counts is the day your message reaches us.

If your plans change later than that, please tell us anyway. Dates we know about in advance stand a chance of going to someone else — and we settle the terms of a refund in conversation.

These rules apply from 3 August 2026.
