Briefly and without the legal fog: what you leave on this site, what we need it for, how long it stays with us and what you can do about it.

This is a translation, provided to make the policy easier to read. In case of any doubt, the Polish version is the binding one: Polityka prywatności (PL)

I.Who collects this data

  1. 1.

    The data controller is Adrianna Rusnak, who runs „Pokoje gościnne u Ady", Jurgów 263A, 34-532 Jurgów, Poland.

  2. 2.

    On anything to do with your data, the simplest way is to write to [email protected] or call +48 785 479 934.

  3. 3.

    This policy covers data left on this website and nothing else. A booking made through Booking.com or Airbnb is governed by the rules of those services.

II.How your data reaches us

  1. 1.

    The only place on this site where you leave anything about yourself is the contact form. In it you enter:

    1. a.your name,
    2. b.your e-mail address,
    3. c.your phone number — optional,
    4. d.your question.
  2. 2.

    We ask for nothing more and add nothing ourselves.

  3. 3.

    We do not buy data and we do not gather it about you elsewhere.

  4. 4.

    If you use the booking calendar instead of the form, whatever you type into its window goes to the RoomAdmin system. More on that below.

  5. 5.

    A phone call or an ordinary e-mail goes straight to the owner, bypassing this site altogether.

III.What we need it for

  1. 1.

    To answer your question and, if it comes to a booking, to settle the details of your stay.

  2. 2.

    The legal basis is steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest, namely corresponding with guests (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

  3. 3.

    We run no newsletter and add nobody to any mailing list.

  4. 4.

    We do not profile you and we take no decisions about you by automated means.

IV.How long we keep it

  1. 1.

    A copy of your message from the form sits on our server for 90 days. After that an automated job deletes it, with no involvement on our part.

  2. 2.

    That copy exists for one purpose: so an enquiry is not lost if the mail fails. It is not an archive and serves nothing else.

  3. 3.

    The message itself also reaches the owner's mailbox and stays there like ordinary correspondence — until it is no longer needed.

V.Who else sees it

  1. 1.

    Nobody who does not have to. We do not sell data and we pass it to nobody for advertising purposes.

  2. 2.

    Along the way it passes through the companies that keep this site and its mail running: OVH (the server, in Warsaw), Cloudflare (site protection and mail forwarding) and Google (the mailbox the message is sent from).

  3. 3.

    Bookings are handled by the RoomAdmin system. Whatever you type into the calendar window goes to them, not to us.

  4. 4.

    The site's operator is notified that a new enquiry has arrived. That notification carries none of your data — only the enquiry number and the name of the site it came from.

  5. 5.

    Beyond that, nobody looks at it.

VI.Cookies and counters

  1. 1.

    This site sets no cookies of its own. That is why no consent banner pops up on it — there is nothing to consent to.

  2. 2.

    We do count how many times someone opened the calendar and how many times they got to the end of it. We record the time, the name of the event, the language of the page and the place the calendar was opened from.

  3. 3.

    Your chosen language is carried by the address itself rather than by your browser: the Polish version is noclegiuady.pl, the English one is noclegiuady.pl/en.

  4. 4.

    Those counters receive no IP address, no browser name and no identifier that could be used to recognise you or find you again on a later visit. They count events; they do not build profiles of guests.

  5. 5.

    The booking calendar is a window embedded from roomadmin.pl. Whatever your browser stores for its purposes is governed by the rules of that service.

  6. 6.

    Typefaces are served from our own server and your browser loads them from there — it contacts neither Google nor any other font provider to do so.

VII.What you can do about it

  1. 1.

    As regards your data, at any time you may:

    1. a.find out what we hold about you,
    2. b.have it corrected if it is wrong,
    3. c.ask for it to be deleted,
    4. d.restrict what we do with it,
    5. e.object to it being processed.
  2. 2.

    Writing to [email protected] or calling is enough. We reply as fast as we can, and within a month at the latest.

  3. 3.

    If you believe we handle your data improperly, you may lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office in Poland.

VIII.Finally

  1. 1.

    Giving us your data is voluntary. Without a name, an e-mail address and your question, though, we have no way to reply.

  2. 2.

    This version applies from 3 August 2026. If anything in it changes, we will change the date at the top too — rather than quietly editing the text.
